# There is an error in my order, or my product is damaged. What should I do?

If during the reception of your order, one (or more) product(s) is/are missing or damaged, please inform our after-sales service as soon as possible by email and refer to our GTC [HERE](https://www.jovoyparis.com/en/content/3-general-terms-conditions-of-sale).

Your file will be processed as soon as possible.

In the event of an error of order, the return costs will be at our expense. We will send you a Colissimo slip that you will only have to affix on your package and send back to us.
