# My product is defective, what should I do?

If your product is defective, please contact our customer service department specifying the nature of the defect and attach photos or videos if necessary right [HERE](https://www.jovoyparis.com/en/contact-us).

Our team can request the return of the product (at our expense) for evaluation before refunding for analysis purposes to correct the problem.
