# I have not received my birthday code

Birthday codes are sent **the day of your birthday **and will only be sent to people who have updated their birthday date in their personal space and have made at least one purchase **before** their birthday. 

Please check that you are logged in to your customer account when using your birthday code, otherwise it will not work.
