# Do you offer in-store pickup?

When ordering, you have the option to choose the** in-store pickup**. 

For all orders placed **Monday through Thursday at noon**, you will be able to pick them up **the next day**. Otherwise, orders will be available the **following Monday starting at 2:00 PM.**

You will receive an email indicating that the product is ready to be collected.
 
|| To collect your order in store, an Identity Document (ID) will be required. If **another person** comes to collect the order for you, they will have to provide a copy (picture) of your identity document. 
 
||| Attention: unlike click-and-collect, our teams cannot intervene directly in the preparation of your order.
