# Can I change or cancel my order?

All orders **cannot be changed**. However, it can be cancelled by sending a message with your order details [HERE](https://www.jovoyparis.com/en/contact-us), **only if** the order is not being prepared. You could then return your order with the correct basket.

If the order has already been shipped, you can refuse the delivery so the package is returned to us without charge. You will be refunded upon receipt.

In the event that the package is received, it is the customer’s responsibility to reship it well packed using a Colissimo return coupon provided by us. For any other mode of transport, the customer will assume the return at his expense. If the product arrives damaged, opened and/or used, we reserve the right to take it back or not.
